Çocuk Güvenliği Standartları

BiiErkek (www.biierkek.com) ve BiiErkek mobil uygulamaları, çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) ve çocuk cinsel istismarı materyallerine (CSAM) karşı sıfır tolerans politikası uygular. Platformumuz yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir.

1. Yasaklanan içerik ve davranışlar

  • Reşit olmayanları cinselleştiren her türlü görsel, video, metin veya bağlantı (CSAM).
  • Reşit olmayanlarla cinsel amaçlı iletişim kurmak, onları kandırmak veya ikna etmeye çalışmak (grooming).
  • Reşit olmayanların cinsel istismarını teşvik eden, öven veya kolaylaştıran içerikler.
  • Çocuk ticareti, sextortion (cinsel şantaj) veya reşit olmayanların istismarına yönelik her türlü faaliyet.
  • 18 yaşından küçük kişilerin hesap açması ve platformu kullanması.

2. Bildirme mekanizması

Kullanıcılar uygunsuz içerik ve hesapları uygulama içinden bildirebilir:

  • Her gönderi, yorum, mesaj ve profilde bulunan “Bildir / Şikayet Et” seçeneği,
  • Kullanıcıları engelleme özelliği,
  • E-posta ile doğrudan bildirim: [email protected]

Çocuk güvenliğiyle ilgili bildirimler öncelikli olarak incelenir.

3. Müdahale ve yaptırımlar

  • CSAE/CSAM içeriği tespit edildiğinde veya bildirildiğinde içerik derhal kaldırılır.
  • İlgili hesap kalıcı olarak kapatılır ve yeniden kayıt olması engellenir.
  • Yasaların gerektirdiği durumlarda deliller saklanır ve yetkili makamlara iletilir.

4. Yetkili makamlarla iş birliği

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mevzuatı ve uluslararası çocuk koruma yasalarına uyarız. Tespit edilen CSAM içerikleri; Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü, Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu (BTK İhbar Web: ihbarweb.org.tr) ve gerektiğinde NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) gibi ilgili kurum ve kuruluşlara bildirilir.

BiiErkek (www.biierkek.com) and the BiiErkek mobile apps maintain a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our platform is intended only for users aged 18 and over.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Any imagery, video, text or link that sexualizes minors (CSAM).
  • Grooming, or any attempt to contact, deceive or solicit minors for sexual purposes.
  • Content that promotes, glorifies or facilitates the sexual abuse of minors.
  • Child trafficking, sextortion, or any activity aimed at exploiting minors.
  • Account creation or use of the platform by anyone under 18.

2. Reporting

Users can report inappropriate content and accounts in the app via the “Report” option on every post, comment, message and profile, can block other users, and can email us directly at [email protected]. Child-safety reports are reviewed with priority.

3. Enforcement

CSAE/CSAM content is removed immediately upon detection or report, the responsible account is permanently banned, and evidence is preserved and reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

4. Cooperation with authorities

We comply with Turkish law and applicable international child-protection laws, and report CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the Turkish National Police, BTK (ihbarweb.org.tr) and, where applicable, NCMEC.
